Bad Blood (Scott Vogel & Members Of Violent Way) Shared First Single & Video “Apology Denied”

“No nonsense hardcore with a punch and a pulse.” That’s how Scott Vogel (Terror, Buried Alive) introduces Bad Blood, formed alongside members of Buffalo, NY hardcore bands Violent Way and Exhibition. Spending years talking about making music together, guitarists Eric Ellman (They Live, Violent Way) and Mason Hutchins (Violent Way), bassist Greg Vinal (Exhibition) and drummer Nick Terlecky (Violent Way) created the music while Vogel penned the lyrics. The result is the five hard-hitting tracks that make up The Bad Kind Decides EP, set for release March 31st on Flatspot Records. Today, the band share single and video “Apology Denied,” giving the first taste into the band’s style of honesty packed with aggression.

Across the EP, Bad Blood have created a fast, in your face sound with lyrics that deal with the negativities of reality. Taking influence from ‘80s hardcore bands like Warzone and Brotherhood, the band name itself is a nod to Buffalo legendary hardcore band Zero Tolerance’s first 7 inch. The Bad Kind Decides was recorded live with producer Jay Zubricky (Mindforce, Snapcase) at GCR studios and mastered by Will Killingsworth (Orchid) at Dead Air Studios. Having already played a handful of shows, the band will perform in Brooklyn, NY on April 7th at the Flatspot World pre-show alongside Outburst, Violent Way, Kharma and more, and have a show in hometown Buffalo, NY the next night with Chokehold and more.

The Bad Kind Decides is available for preorder now via Flatspot Records.
