This Friday, Soul Blind releases their highly anticipated debut album, Feel It All Around, on Other People Records. Before that drops, the band shares one more song, “Bruise The Sore,” out now. The guitar-driven track packs a punch, as reverb mixes through soaring vocals detailing internal struggles. The band has also announced album release shows in December in New York, Baltimore, and Philadelphia. Soul Blind is currently on tour supporting Stick To Your Guns, Knocked Loose, LANDMVRKS, and Scowl in the UK and Europe. Full dates below and tickets are available here now.
Hailing from Hudson Valley, NY, Soul Blind push the boundaries of alternative rock with a rich collage of sounds and emotionally charged lyrics. Formed in 2018, the band hit their stride in 2021 with the release of their critically acclaimed Third Chain EP. Praised for lush, distorted riffs and divine, whirling vocals, the band build on those elements on Feel It All Around. Written during the pandemic, Feel It All Around deals with emotional strain and taking on the world around you. When it came time to record the LP, the band knew they wanted to work with someone who could challenge them to be their best selves. Entering the studio in early 2022 with Grammy-nominated producer Will Yip at Studio 4 Recordings provided just that. The eleven songs on the album are filled with layers of melodies, ranging from grunge heavy tracks to fuzzy, shoegaze moments.
Feel It All Around is available for pre-order now through Other People Records.
