In March, Brian Fallon said that The Gaslight Anthem would be returning as a fully functional band to work on the compositions for their follow-up to “Get Hurt” (released in 2014). The band planned on coming back on their show in Berlin on August 9th.
However, Fallon decided to surprise loyal fans and play a secret The Gaslight Anthem show instead of his solo stuff. The guitar player Alex Rosamilia, bassist Alex Levine and drummer Benny Horowitz appeared on stage alongside Fallon in the Crossroads Club in Garwood, New Jersey on June 18th. The band played 17 tracks and a Nirvana cover.
