The French band STINKY – praised by Outburn for its “solid melodic hardcore/punk that employs notes of Sick Of It All, Parkway Drive and Comeback Kid” – has unveiled their new digital EP, titled “Resolve.” The two songs contained on the digital release – “In Control” and Overload” – are both now available to stream, and is available for purchase at all digital music platforms.
This new EP has been mixed and mastered by Jay Maas (Defeater, Bane, Title Fight, Counterparts) at Getaway Recording Studio – is the first new music recorded by STINKY since their 2020 crowd-pleasing full-length, “Of Lost Things.” CD, digital, and limited-edition orange vinyl pressings of “Of Lost Things” are available for purchase at HERE
The band says: “Our new EP ‘Resolve’ was written in the context of the pandemic, with songs and lyrics about mental health and oppression. Our sound has become more aggressive and more metal-oriented than any of our previous releases.”
