Ska-punk luminaries The Inevitables are closing the book on 2021 with “Over and Out,” their appropriately titled new single. As of today, the song is available worldwide via digital service providers including Spotify and Apple Music. Also, a third pressing of their self-titled debut album is on sale now in the color variant From The Swamps of Florida (brown, blue, gold) and can be purchased here.
“It’s high energy ska with intricate parts that take you way off the oath of the usual formula of the genre,” explains drummer and songwriter Vinnie Fiorello. “Lyrically, it’s a reminder to everyone that sometimes the ending of things can be the most positive of the journey.”
The music portion of The Inevitables is Vinnie Fiorello (formerly of Less Than Jake), Obi Fernandez (Westbound Train), Matt Appleton (Reel Big Fish), Billy Kottage, John DeDomenici (Jeff Rosenstock, Bomb The Music Industry), Alex Stern (Big D and the Kids Table), and Sean-Paul Pillsworth (Nightmares For A Week).
