Greece has become an epicentre for quality punk bands during the last 20 years and their crust punk scene is growing stronger each day with huge amount of good bands which can compete with much more developed scenes throughout the world. Last Rites are one of those bands who developed their music based on sound characteristic for Sweden or US crust punk scenes at the end of the 90s. Their self titled album reminded me of Progression / Regression or Prey To The World by Swedish punk veterans Wolfbrigade, with suprisingly well recorded material. Actually, their album is better produced than a lot of legendary albums delivered by much popular bands of the same genre. Album consists of ten amazing tracks which will put you in dilemma which track is the best and you can download it for free at bands Bandcamp page.
