The polish psych / acid rock band Oranżada is back with a new album two years after the release of “Karma Tango”. “Salto” shows the band from a completely different angle. It’s an improvised album that was recorded live in the studio.
Oranżada is a psychedelic rock band from Otwock, Poland. They have released five studio albums and they are on the scene for over 20 years. Oranżada played at many international festivals e.g. in Germany: Klangbad Festival in Sheer, International Art Festival in Bremen and Poland: Open’er Festival. They have also played music for silent films such as “The Kid” with Charlie Chaplin.
The new album “Salto” is the result of improvisation while the band was in the studio. During the creation process, the band entirely relied on pure jam. The album contains mostly loosely structured instrumental tracks, psychedelic jams, referring to the style of the 60s and 70s.
The album “Salto” is released thanks to the Audio Cave label. A CD version, black vinyl and a yellow vinyl limited to 100 copies are available.
