Post-rock trio Jagged City, featuring Jake Woodruff (Defeater) and Carlos Torres (Explosions In The Sky), has unveiled their debut single, “Imaginary Lines,” and announced their debut EP, There Are More of Us, Always (Jan 30, Pelagic Records). The bold collection moves between spacious, melodic guitar passages and raucous, swelling climbs, delivering wonderfully balanced compositions. With a diverse range of eclectic touches and eruptions of dense, layered sound, the EP promises raw and personal post-rock.
