Thoughtful Frustration: Bitter Branches Delivers Honest And Heavy Post-Hardcore Anthem

Philadelphia post-hardcore band Bitter Branches, consisting of veterans from the ’90s hardcore scene (Deadguy, Lifetime, Kid Dynamite), has released their brand new single, “Basic Karate.” Produced by the legendary J. Robbins, the fiery track speaks to the thoughtful frustration gained from years of experience, questioning the hyperbole of youthful idealism. The band offers a refreshingly honest observation of society, building upon skills honed over years of touring to create a sound that is unquestionably greater than the sum of its individual hardcore parts.
