Rancid have released their blistering cover of “Sex and Death,” the final preview of Killed By Deaf – A Punk Tribute to Motörhead, arriving October 31 via BMG Recordings. The 14-track compilation celebrates Motörhead’s legacy through punk’s fiercest voices, including Pennywise, GBH, Lagwagon, The Bronx, FEAR, and Slaughterhouse. Lars Frederiksen described “Sex and Death” as “Motörhead doing the Ramones”, a perfect fit for Rancid’s style. The album also includes a never-before-heard version of The Damned’s “Neat Neat Neat” featuring Lemmy himself. Killed By Deaf will be available digitally, on CD, and vinyl. Pre-orders are open now via BMG.
