Seattle-based darkwave and post-punk outfit Jupe Jupe have unveiled their mesmerizing new single “Kill Your Darlings,” the first glimpse of their upcoming album “King of Sorrows,” due February 2026. Blending pulsing basslines, tribal percussion, and shimmering synths, the track channels the spirit of Depeche Mode and Echo & The Bunnymen through a cinematic, introspective lens. The band describes the song as an exploration of artistic self-sacrifice—what to keep and what to kill. Rich in atmosphere and emotion, “Kill Your Darlings” solidifies Jupe Jupe as one of the Pacific Northwest’s most captivating darkwave acts.
