Leipzig’s bad-weather punks Cold Summer release “Den Umständen Entsprechend” (“According to the Circumstances”) via It’s Eleven Records and Kink Records. Recorded in their own rehearsal space and mastered by JB Meyrieux, the one-sided 12″ captures five tense, direct, and emotionally charged tracks.
