Seattle indie-rockers Smokey Brights have unveiled “Reaction,” the final single from their upcoming album Dashboard Heat, out this Friday via non-profit label Share It Music. The track, paired with a new video directed by Dallhouse Pictures, highlights vocalist Kim West’s emotive delivery against explosive drumming by Nick Krivchenia. The album channels both vulnerability and resilience, blending heartfelt lyricism with indie-pop hooks. A portion of proceeds supports The Vera Project, an all-ages arts nonprofit. In support of Dashboard Heat, the band will tour nationwide this fall, including stops in Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, and a Seattle release show.
