Isaac Wilson, known for fronting progressive rock outfit Dwellings, introduces his solo project Bastion Hollow with the shimmering debut single “Polaroid.” Unlike the darker, more intricate themes of Dwellings, this release finds Wilson leaning into carefree indie-pop territory, pairing breezy hooks with lighthearted lyricism. The track captures themes of love, redemption, and emotional vulnerability, delivered with a playful, almost whimsical spirit.
“‘Polaroid’ is something I’m super proud of; it checks all the boxes without really putting me into one,” Wilson explains.
Fans can expect Bastion Hollow to continue exploring this fresh sound with more music slated for 2025 and beyond. The single arrives with a colorful video on YouTube and is available to stream across all major platforms.
