Both multidisciplinary producers and sound artists, tireless activists of the French experimental scenes—one through the Coax collective, the other with his label Carton Records—Simon Henocq and Seb Brun are no strangers to collaboration.
Already partners in Parquet, where they get crowds moving to a visceral, weirdo brand of electro, they now bring together their individual and shared experiences in a stripped-down duo project: guitar and drums, heavily processed, in the service of a resolutely electronic sound.
“TRIM” is the first single taken from their upcoming album titled Vallées to be released on September 26 via Carton Records.
