Serbian metalcore veterans Hang have returned with a thunderous new single, “Empire of Gods & Rats,” a blistering track that marks their latest chapter in an already storied underground legacy. The song features a searing guest vocal appearance from Dwid Hellion, frontman of the legendary Cleveland hardcore/metalcore band Integrity, whose signature fury adds even greater weight to the release.
As the second single from Hang’s forthcoming full-length album, set to arrive soon via Geenger Records, “Empire of Gods & Rats” is a brutal showcase of precision, rage, and unrelenting heaviness. Known for their blend of crushing riffs and bleak sonic atmospheres, Hang pushes the boundaries of Eastern European metalcore with a deeply rooted and forward-thinking sound.
With the new album on the horizon, Hang’s latest offering suggests their most powerful work may still lie ahead.
