Italian shoegaze band Vera Slö return this April with their second EP, Rêverie, via Kosmica Dischi. Following their 2024 debut Astratta, the Southern Lazio-based project expands its sonic palette, embracing slowcore textures and noise-laden atmospheres. Rêverie delves into themes of time’s passage, quiet longing, and the bittersweet weight of nostalgia. At once melancholic and hopeful, the EP captures the essence of autumn with swirling guitars and introspective moods. With Rêverie, Vera Slö move beyond tradition, crafting a deeply emotive, cinematic sound that signals a compelling evolution in their shoegaze journey.
