Emerging from the vibrant underground of Nice, France, the female darkwave/rock duo CODE 150 is making waves once again. Known for their dark, dense, and hypnotic sonic aesthetic, the duo expertly blends electronics and electric stage presence, crafting a dark, gloomy, dynamic ambiance.
Drawing vocal comparisons to Skeletal Family and Siouxsie Sioux, Stella’s haunting delivery cuts through immersive layers of synths and sharp guitar lines, while Delphine’s synth work conjures up heady melodies, enveloping textures, and catchy rhythmic backbones.
Following their self-titled debut EP released in April 2023, the pair have returned in April 2025 with a mesmerizing new single, “Hypnotized,” accompanied by a visual counterpart that deepens the track’s eerie and captivating atmosphere.
