London powerhouse Nothingheads drop video for ‘Private Pyle‘, the second single from the upcoming album ‘The Art of Sod’ and announce UK tour in November
A follow up to their opening single ‘Blindspot‘, Private Pyle is another ferocious burst of fuzzy goodness that’ll drill its way into your skull. The band say, ‘We built the song around a central booming riff that never strays far, always returning to its core. Thematically, it explores the illusion of free will. Shut up and be happy.’
Having built up a reputation on the UK’s underground live circuit since forming in 2021, Nothingheads make guitar- driven soup that falls somewhere within dark post punk and garage punk. Static noise flashes as big riffs and snarling vocals cut through the dirge. Following last year’s EP ‘Sunlit Uplands’, the band will release their debut album, ‘The Art of Sod” on November 8th via Sister 9 recordings, preceded by a string of singles.
Nothingheads are Rob Fairey (Guitar / Vox), Matt Holt (Bass / synths), Ed Simpson (Guitar) and Chanter Whitehurst (drums).
