Still No One, Italian melodic hardcore band, return to the scene with their first full length, This Is Fuel. 12 tracks in pure California skatepunk style, fast and melodic as the guys have accustomed us to, but this time they decided to embellish it with the use of strings and piano in some tracks, as well as an acoustic ballad in closing.
The overall sound is immediately traceable to the band’s melodic hardcore roots, influenced by bands such as Bad Religion, NOFX, Pennywise and No Use For a Name, yet they still not disdain more pop or heavy turns at times, while the lyrics are mostly personal and introspective, a reflection of the band’s view on today’s society.
The album is preceded by the singles One Million Voices and Stroke (I’m Sorry) and is available January 13, 2023.
